The Rapidform XOV is one of the softwares that perform dimensional comparative operation or Inspection.
The software is one of the simplest, most reliable, and most accurate Inspection softwares. It is a smart software that acts based on the features existing on the piece. This is why dimensional comparative operations including aligning, size pointing, Tolerance, GD&T, and providing the final report all can be performed only by some simple clicks.
By using Feature Intelligent capability, the software will be able to automatically diagnose several features considering the input model that enters the software. This is why the user does not need to extract these features at the beginning of work with the software.


As another capability, the software is able to read source or Main files from several softwares such as Solidworks, Catia, etc. It means when you input a file along with size-making and even several GD&T of any software like Solidworks to the software, it will diagnose all the identifiers and the user will be able to use them during the rest of the inspection steps.
Since the software has the Feature Base Modeling capability, the user will be able to have a complete history with every step of the operation. So after any adjustment to each step, the resulted change will automatically affect the rest of the steps. As a result, Repeatation process will be practicable only by one click.
The software has already received several standard certificates for accuracy from some accredited companies such as NPL, PTB, and NIST.
